What was the highlight of Campanile Arles Arles
Not as advertised and price not relevant to chambre or quality of service
Breakfast was reasonable, chambre was clean and parking was adequate
The air con was old and out of date and very noisy because it was so humid had to have it on most of the night and only slept for 2 hours when switched off. We particularly booked this campanile as we have stayed at many before and had a lovely dinner but on this occasion there was no dinner being served had we known before we travelled we would not have stayed as the whole point was after travelling all day we could just enjoy dinner in the hotel and sleep. WE HAD NEITHER ? The receptionist said she would deduct an amount from the bill for this inconvenience but this did not happen?? We regularly stay at Campanile Carcasonne and other Campanile hotels when we are in France and have been delighted with our stay BUT will not stay again @ Campanile hotel Arles. Great shame no sleep, no dinner fatigue !!

The hotel needs complete refurbishment. The heating is not working at the peak of the winter. Dead mouse in the room!!

A very practical stay for Arles and a surprisingly nice restaurant (food and decor).
the outside restaurant (La Paillote arlésienne) was a real positive surprise, with a very nice decor and the breakfast was really good. For the rest, amenities were what you can expect for a budget hotel and quite good in that regard. The hotel is a bit outside of the historic city center, as usual, but quite close nonetheless.
